Bayou Beats LLC, DBA The Sheaux

Eligibility & Age Policy

  • The Sheaux game show experience is for participants ages 12 and up.
  • Participants ages 12–17 are considered minors and must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
  • The Sheaux reserves the right to verify age and deny participation if age requirements are not met.

Arrival & Participation

  • Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and waivers.
  • Late arrivals may miss part of the experience and are not guaranteed full participation.
  • All participants must follow staff instructions and posted rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Game show reservations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled show time may not be accommodated.
  • Late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Game show reservations may be canceled with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled show time.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Facility & Conduct

  • Alcohol is not permitted inside the facility.
  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the experience without refund.
  • Participants are responsible for any damage caused to facilities or equipment due to negligent or intentional actions.

Content & Experience Changes

  • Game formats, rules, content, challenges, and show elements may vary and are subject to change.
  • The Sheaux reserves the right to update or modify the experience as needed to maintain quality and safety.

Media Release

  • By participating, guests grant Bayou Beats LLC and The Sheaux permission to capture and use photos, video, and audio recordings for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

Liability

  • Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, Bayou Beats LLC, DBA The Sheaux, is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the experience.
