Private events are perfect for groups of 25-60+ guests. We can accommodate even larger groups with rotating teams, heats, and multiple game formats.
Our team will work with you during the planning call to structure the perfect event format based on your group size and goals.
Note: Groups up to 24 can book online instantly. Larger groups and full venue buyouts are handled through a custom quote using the form below.

Private Event FAQs
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for private events. For popular dates (holidays, graduation season, etc.), booking 4-6 weeks ahead is recommended.
Can we bring food or use our own caterer?
We offer catering options through our approved partners, but you're also welcome to bring outside food or use your own caterer. We can discuss details during your planning call.
Do we need waivers?
Yes, all participants need to sign a liability waiver. These are handled digitally through our booking system for convenience.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 14+ days before your event. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
